Return Policy
Your product purchase comes with a thirty (30) day money back satisfaction guarantee that starts from the date your order ships. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Satisfaction Department at (800) 426-6128 Monday-Saturday, 7AM-7PM CST.
• Regeneration USA Free Trial offer is limited to one (1) Free Trial per household per calendar year. If you have any questions about Free Trial offer, please call customer service at 800-426-6128.
• You MUST call the Customer Satisfaction Department and ask for a Return Authorization (RA) number within the 30 day period to receive a refund.
• Please return all sealed items AND all opened items, including empty boxes.
• DO NOT return an item without an RA number. Write this RA number on the packing slip that was included in your shipment.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You are on an automatic membership for the Regeneration Anti Aging Whole Food Program.
The Regeneration Anti Aging Whole Food bars are on an automatic monthly shipment. Meaning;
Fifteen (15) days after your trial order ships you will be billed and shipped a second box of 12 bars at the discounted price of $47.88 with free shipping and handling. Every thirty (30) days after the second shipment you will be shipped an additional box of 12 bars at that same discounted price of $47.88 with free shipping and handling.

not already a member of our Monthly Auto-ship Program, and would like to
enjoy this special discounted price, please call us at (800)-426-6128.
If you wish to cancel the Monthly Auto-Ship Program, contact our
Customer Satisfaction Department. Please remember that once we have
shipped product to you, we can only cancel future shipment and cannot
refund any charges (unless the product is returned per our Return Policy
above).
